Curriculum Vitae

Profesor de Estudios Culturales y de Medios en la Universidad de California, Riverside. Su docencia y su investigación abarcan temas como los medios, el deporte, el trabajo, el género, la raza, la ciudadanía, la política y las políticas culturales. Es autor y editor de más de 20 libros y ha publicado artículos en más de 100 revistas científicas y capítulos de libros. Sus líneas actuales de investigación cubren el éxito de Hollywood en el mundo, los vínculos entre cultura y ciudadanía y el anti-americanismo.
